This instrument has UK Home Office Type Approval and is listed on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Conforming Products List (NHTSA CPL) as an Evidential Breath Tester for Department of Transportation applications.

- Sophisticated technology
- The electrochemical sensor (fuel cell) of the Dräger Alcotest® 6810 reacts specifically to alcohol and excels with very short response times. Even with a very high alcohol content, the device ensures quick measurements.
- Simple test procedure
- With its patented mouthpiece with non-return valve, the device meets the most demanding hygiene requirements. To prevent manipulation as much as possible, sample collection is controlled by a microprocessor. The test results are displayed on an illuminated graphics LC display and accompanied by colour LEDs and accoustic signals. Passive sample taking is also possible.
- Simple 3 button operation
- The Alcotest 6810 is compact in design and is very easy to operate. Thanks to its special ergonomic shape, the device is suitable for operators who are right-handed or left-handed. The breath sample is collected automatically and data for Police applications data can be enter simply using the 3 buttons.
- Recording test results
- The device has a memory for up to 250 test results. Via an optical interface, the logs can be printed on the Dräger Mobile Printer or, transferred to a PC. Device configuration is also carried out via a PC communication. All test results are accompanied by a time stamp.
- Safe and hygienic
- A special tab on the mouthpiece assures a safe distance between the operator's hand and the subject's mouth.
- Low energy consumption
- The device is powered by two AA alkaline batteries, which yields over > 1,500 tests.

The Dräger Interlock XT is a breath alcohol measuring instrument that can prevent a vehicle from being started if the driver's breath alcohol concentration is higher than the preset limit. It can also be used with key cupboards and for building entry.
No pipetting, no dripping, no timing: Not only sampling is done quickly and easily with the Dräger DrugTest® 5000. Directly afterwards, the sample also can be evaluated automatically – for reliable results on the spot.
The Draeger SSK 5000 is used for sampling for drugs on or from surfaces. When used in combination with the Dräger DrugTest® 5000, the sample is transferred to a test cassette and screened for possible drug contamination from that surface. For further testing, the collected sample can be stored and transported.
Reliable preservation of evidence: Via the Dräger DCD5000, approximately 0.4 ml of oral fluid sample can be sampled, preserved and transported. The sampler shows a minimum volume variance. Thanks to reproducible recovery rates, semi quantitative conclusions can be drawn, concerning the concentration of the substance classes to be analyzed which were present in the sample at the moment of sampling.
